The winemaker's craft
Skilled hands
Maison Collet is above all a story of people devoted to their terroir: family know-how in which tradition and innovation meet in harmony. They tend the vines as they would their own garden – winter pruning, tying down in spring, de-budding, summer canopy work, then hand harvesting at optimal ripeness.
From the vine to the cellar, every step reflects careful expertise handed down through generations and complemented by innovation.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Champagne Collet Champagne
What is the difference between Champagne and sparkling wine?
Only sparkling wine made in the Champagne region of France, under strict appellation rules and by the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle (méthode champenoise), may be called Champagne. Every Champagne is a sparkling wine, but not every sparkling wine is Champagne. Champagne Collet wines are true French Champagnes.
Where can I buy Champagne Collet Champagne in Hungary?
The official Hungarian representative of Champagne Collet is Energy4U Kft. The Champagnes can be ordered online from the champagneforyou.hu shop and bought and tasted in person at the Belle Époque Bar & Boutique in Kecskemét.
What do brut, extra brut, demi-sec and zero dosage mean?
They indicate the sugar content (dosage): brut nature / zero dosage 0–3 g/l, extra brut 0–6 g/l, brut up to 12 g/l (dry), extra dry 12–17 g/l, sec 17–32 g/l, demi-sec (medium-sweet) 32–50 g/l, doux over 50 g/l (sweet).
Which Champagne Collet Champagne should I choose as a gift?
The prestige cuvée Esprit Couture 2015 (James Suckling 96 points) and Grand Cru Aÿ Collection Privée 2012 are the most festive choices. For a group of six, the home tasting sets (Revelation, Immersion, Prestige) offer a complete experience, and we prepare tailored offers for corporate gifting.
How should I serve Champagne?
Serve Champagne at 8–10 °C, vintage and mature Champagnes at 10–12 °C. An ice bucket with ice and water chills a bottle in 20–30 minutes. A tulip-shaped or white-wine glass shows the aromas better than a narrow flute; open the bottle quietly, holding it at an angle.
Can I attend a Champagne tasting?
Yes: at the Belle Époque Bar & Boutique in Kecskemét you can taste the Champagne Collet range with an expert host. We also host corporate Champagne tastings – for team events, partner meetings and client events. Contact us via the contact page to book.
