Skilled hands

Winemaking expertise

Maison Collet is above all a story of people devoted to their terroir: family know-how in which tradition and innovation meet in harmony. They tend the vines as they would their own garden, carrying on the family's ancestral gestures day after day – with one constant aim: the health of the vine and the vitality of the crop.

Hand work in the vineyard

The rhythm of the year

Concrete and essential steps

  • Winter pruning
  • Tying down in spring
  • De-budding
  • Summer trellising and tying up
  • Leaf thinning for better sun exposure of the bunches
  • Hand harvest at optimal ripeness

Precise, assured gestures throughout the year – the fruit of knowledge passed from generation to generation – guarantee impeccable quality for our grapes.

Vineyard in Champagne

The essence of our terroirs

A region of many faces

Champagne is a mosaic of soils, exposures and microclimates. Maison COLLET builds on this exceptional diversity to craft champagnes that are complex, balanced and expressive at once.

Heirs to an intimate knowledge of the plots, our winemakers put their skill at the service of this natural wealth every day, adapting their work to the character of each terroir. From the Montagne de Reims to the Côte des Blancs, through the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Bar, they cultivate with precision and exacting standards the soils that give birth to exceptional grapes.
