The spirit of independence since 1921
The Collet House
After the Great War, Champagne recovered and reinvented itself. A group of visionary growers decided to take their destiny into their own hands: until then suppliers to the great trading houses, they joined forces for the first time to make their own champagne – convinced that Champagne should be represented by those who cultivate it.

Raoul Collet
A founding name
In 1921 they founded the first independent champagne house, standing behind their own know-how and their respect for the terroir. Raoul Collet, their spokesman, embodied this shared impetus – and so his name naturally became the House's.
For more than a century Champagne Collet has carried on this pioneering vision: a Champagne shaped by its growers, in a spirit of independence, cooperation and excellence.

A unique model
Collective ownership
Since its foundation Maison Collet has been built on a unique cooperative model: the owners of the Champagne COLLET brand are the growers themselves. Although they are not directly involved in making the cuvées, they are the true masters of the vine, carefully growing the raw material of every COLLET champagne. Winemaking, blending and ageing are carried out by the House's expert teams, guaranteeing consistent quality and a distinct style.
The Villa Collet
In the heart of Aÿ, the Villa Collet embodies the soul of the House. Steeped in history, this emblematic place is both a witness to Champagne COLLET's origins and a living space for culture, encounters and gastronomy.
